About Me

In 2015, when my stress was high and my health was at a low point, I discovered the transformative power of the cold. What started as a personal journey to improve my own well-being has evolved into a passion to help others. If you’re struggling with health issues and are curious about the potential of cold therapy, this blog might offer valuable insights and information.

Why should you trust me?

Initially, I trained as a Wim Hof Method instructor (though I am no longer certified, and I explain why in my blog). Later, I founded the Swiss Cold Training Association and opened Zurich’s first public winter swimming pool, complete with lifeguards („pretty cool“, I like to say). 
 
All in all, I led hundreds of people safely into the cold and taught them my own ice fitness regimen to warm as quickly as possible.
 
During my tenure as president of the Swiss Cold Training Association, I organized workshops for companies like FIFA and I trained instructors in the topic, spreading the benefits of cold therapy to a wider audience.
